ANNUAL INCREMENT
Every year on the 1st day of July regular employees under Central Government of India earned their periodical increment or simply known as ‘annual increment’. The amount of annual increment earned is calculated by 3% of the sum of Pay in the pay band + Grade pay. That amount is added to them as increase in pay to their pay in the pay band.
