Form of Fixation of Pay recommended by 6th Pay Commission (ANNEXURE-II)

The 6th Central Pay Commission of the Central Government of India has been effective from September 2009. Pay of every employees has to be re-fixed w.e.f 01.01.2006 in the new rate of New Pay. In this regard, the format in which pay has to be fixed has been published by the Deptt of Expenditure (MOF) O.M. dated  30th August, 2008 under, F.No.1/1/2008-IC under the Heading- Statement of fixation of Pay under CCS(Revised Pay) Rules, 2008. 

The required proforma also known as ANNEXURE-II is as shown hereunder:
